Grade II listed two level apartment was upgraded for a family with 2 kids. Project management involved acquiring a planning permission from RBKC to proceed with the renovation. During this renovation the flooring was levelled, electrics upgraded to a new standard, new bathrooms and joinery installed. I designed and project managed the whole scheme considering all the restrictions from the council. The client was left happy and satisfied with the the look and the timescale of the project.
