We know each of our interior designers personally, so this is when we get to know you and your project – and we like to allow time for it. Once we have a thorough understanding of the brief, we match you with a selection of appropriate designers. The better we understand what you are looking for, the better we are at making the right introductions. It’s not just about project scope but also about style and personality; because we know our designers personally, we match on this basis too.
By putting people at the heart of our business we create authentic partnerships built on trust and honesty. No AI or algorithms inform our choice of interior designer – just human values such as listening, understanding and sharing knowledge. And as our designers don’t pay to be part of our network, and as we don’t sell leads, all our introductions are totally impartial and independent.
