Apartment in Fulham

The client approached us as they were living in Australia, but wanted their apartment refurbished, ready for new tenants. As we also offer a project management service, the brief was to take this project from start to finish - meeting builders, recieving quotes, re-configuring and designing the space (open plan living dining kitchen area, a bathroom and two double bedrooms), new colour schemes, lighting and kitchen design. The result was a brand new, light and practical space - ready for new tenants. The client was able to let out the apartment to higher end clients, all completed within budget and time.
