Award winning, modern 27 storey building in East London

We were delighted to be invited by established residential and commercial developers Long Harbour (who have over £250m of partners’ capital to deploy across their core businesses) to re-design the internal entrance space of the ground floor reception of their most recent acquisition - a 27 storey tower in the heart of London’s olympic Stratford – comprising 167 rentable residential units. The brief was to design a contemporary and striking entrance to make the development a real ‘destination’ and give the residents a sense of rough luxe East London style. In March 2015, Long Harbour successfully sold the 166 unit development One Eighty Stratford High Street to Aberdeen Asset Management for £60m. My clients were awarded the PRS Deal Of The Year at the 2016 RESI Awards for securing such an incredible deal. www.oneeighty-stratford.com
