The owners picked out their dream home on a new development, a new build Georgian detached house in beautiful grounds.
They had a difference in design taste, wanting to blend using colour and making the space feel like a comfortable home with a slightly regal edge in certain areas.
As the property was built from plan I was involved from the beginning working on lighting and electric plans, helping with floor layouts to then specifying all the finishes with the developers.
I created a design that encompassed adding colour, blending a modern and Georgian style and making sure each room had a defined purpose from a relaxed and cosy open-plan family space, a fresh and airy media/playroom to a darker more regal drawing room.
The clients are thrilled with the outcome and have finally found their forever home where they can create many happy memories for years to come.
