Combining sustainability with the challenges of a listed property, this ground breaking project gave us the opportunity to deliver affordable, stylish interiors for this garden apartment in Belgravia. We worked hard to ensure that the sustainable credentials of our design matched the integrity applied to the build work produced by our client, Grosvenor Estates .
The project was truly ground breaking – the first listed property in the UK to achieve a BREEAM certificate for sustainable design. We designed and delivered an interior that was sustainable as well as super smart- achieved this by sourcing everything from British craftsmen and suppliers and using only natural fabrics and materials throughout. We even threw in the odd recycled piece for good measure!
The schemes we designed for this space are some of our favourites, reflecting the natural, organic vibe whilst at the same time being stylish and sophisticated enough for the London market.
